Today the hike starts at Puente la Reina and we arrive at the medieval village of Estella. The exit of Puente la Reina is the 15th century bridge. The terrain is fairly flat for about 4km, then a good climb up a hilltop to reach the towns of Mañeru & Cirauqui. Both with medieval history. Cirauqui is a village built on a mountain and requires a steep climb and descent. There is an old roman bridge in ruins after Cirauqui. Watch your step at this bridge. The hike towards Lorca reveals an ancient Roman road. The next village after Lorca is a small town Villatuerta before you finally reach Estella. The albergue is located close to the entrance in the old part of town. There is bus service in Estella. A large plaza is located on the other side of the bridge. Estella is a village full of history.

Puente la Reina to. Estella ~ 24 kms. Small climb after Puente la Reina to Mañeru. Steep climb at Village of Cirauqui. Watch your step at the Roman bridge ruin. A small climb at the Roman road and small descent to Lorca. Fairly flat after Lorca to Estella. Difficulty 6/10 .
